Guesty is seeking a Creative Marketing Designer with exceptional conceptual and visual design abilities, alongside a solid grasp of digital marketing across various channels. In this role, you'll have complete ownership of designing strategic campaigns that leverage the innovative UI of our evolving Guesty brand across multiple marketing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Produce a variety of marketing collateral including landing pages, display and social ads, email blasts, presentations (PPT and Google Slides), event materials, and more
• Act as a strategic partner rather than just an executor, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Growth, and other stakeholders.
• Ideate along with the rest of the creative team on new initiatives in support of our objectives
• Use strong communication skills to work within a dynamic and fast cross-functional team

Requierments:

• 4+ years of experience as a Creative/Marketing/Brand Graphic Designer
• Outstanding portfolio
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Mastery of Figma
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies
• Strong design, color, and composition abilities
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Own projects from end to end while taking responsibility of every aspect of the process
• Great time management
• Very high-level/native English speaker
