Linux Kernel Driver Developer - Flagship Project in Tier 1 Company

We are seeking an experienced Linux kernel driver developer to join our flagship project at a leading Tier 1 technology company. This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI accelerators and networking engines, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology in a high-impact environment.

• Develop and maintain Linux kernel drivers for AI accelerators and networking hardware.
• Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration between system components.
• Optimize low-level software for performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Participate in system bring-up and debugging, working hands-on with simulation environments and real hardware.
• Contribute to the development lifecycle from simulation to final tapeout in chip design projects.

• Strong experience in Linux kernel development, especially in device drivers.
• Proficiency with kernel subsystems such as memory management, networking, or hardware I/O.
• Experience with AI accelerators or high-performance networking hardware.
• Proficiency in C and low-level programming.
• Familiarity with debugging tools (gdb, ftrace, perf, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience with performance optimization for multi-core architectures and hardware accelerators.

• Knowledge of the chip design process, from simulation to tapeout.
• Familiarity with hardware interfaces such as PCIe, DMA, or MMU
• Experience working with FPGA or ASIC simulation environments.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks or networking protocols is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
