-Identify and screen resumes for technology roles, ensuring alignment with job requirements and candidate qualifications

-Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and fit for the role

-Match candidates with appropriate technology positions, working closely with hiring managers to understand job needs

-Support and guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing a positive and professional experience

-Assist in managing various recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is a significant advantage
• Immediate availability for a full-time position with shift work
