Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns on these platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns on Google and Meta for Shopify.

Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

Conduct A/B testing to improve performance.

Align campaign strategies with business goals and stay updated on industry trends.

Analyze data and provide insights to scale campaigns.

Report on key metrics and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Google Shopping and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards
• Excellent understanding of audience targeting in the US, bidding strategies, and creative best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
