Global Cyber Security and Incident Response Lead

Responsibilities:

Incident Response:

Lead the incident response by identifying, investigating, and mitigating security incidents.

Perform triage to determine the scope and impact of incidents.

Conduct post-incident analysis and develop recommendations for improving incident response.

Threat Intelligence:

Stay up to date with the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques.

Gather, analyze, and apply threat intelligence to enhance security posture.

Compliance and Reporting:

Prepare and present regular security reports to the CISO and other senior management.

Continuous Improvement:

Create detailed incident reports and after-action reviews and monitor.

Maintain documentation related to security incidents and response activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM are highly desirable.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in leadership of incident response in Global companies.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cyber security in Global companies.

Required skills:

• Proven experience in incident response and handling complex security incidents.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ArcSight) and SOC operations.
• Familiarity with SOC tools and technologies such as IDS/IPS, EDR, and SOAR platforms.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating security tasks.
• English - excellent level.
