DevOps Team Lead

A startup company in the identity and asset management field, developing a scalable cloud-based SaaS platform for automatic identity and permission management for multi-system organizations (enterprises). The company’s solution reduces manual configuration for managing permissions and identities in large organizations, potentially saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near a train station, and operates in a hybrid model with two remote workdays per week. They have 85 global employees (65 in Israel).

Founded in 2015 by well-known and leading entrepreneurs in the industry, the company has raised over $100 million in funding from top venture capital firms and is valued at several hundred million dollars. They are experiencing significant growth and have numerous paying clients globally (in Israel, Europe, and the United States).

Role description:

Managing a team of two DevOps engineers, with approximately 60%-70% hands-on work. Reporting to the VP of R&D, the role involves expanding existing infrastructure, developing new solutions, and evaluating new technologies. The company’s SaaS platform is based on AWS, and the team works with Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with production responsibility
• One years of experience leading a team of DevOps
• Experience with real-time monitoring and alter systems - DataDog, Prometheus, Garfana, ELK
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, Azure infrastructures
• Hands-on with Gitlab CI, ArgoCD and Terraform
• Hands-on with PostgreSQL - Amazon RDS
• Hands-on with Redis - ElastiCache
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and Dockers - Amazon EKS
• Proficient with Unix/Linux environment
