Senior Director of Product Operation  

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior director of product operations to lead and optimize our product execution reporting to our VP of Product Operations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to define and lead the execution framework for our product organization, driving a significant impact on our company’s growth trajectory.

This role is critical to ensuring that our product initiatives are executed with precision, efficiency, velocity, and alignment with our strategic goals.

What you’ll be spending your time on: 

• Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: Lead the development and execution of our product roadmaps in alignment with our business objectives. You will align our product leadership towards strategically planned product initiatives that are effectively communicated across the organization.
• Frameworks & Processes: Establish, refine, and implement product frameworks and processes that drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability while following best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
• Tools & Systems Management: Identify, implement, and manage the tools and systems necessary for effective product delivery.
• Product Excellence: Champion a culture of product excellence by setting high standards for quality, compliance, and performance. Monitor and evaluate product execution to ensure that it meets or exceeds these standards.
• Learning & Development: Foster a continuous learning environment within the product organization. Identify skill gaps, provide training opportunities, and promote knowledge sharing to ensure that the team remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions, including product data and research, R&D, Growth, Marketing, Finance, Compliance and Regulations, to ensure alignment and collaboration across the product lifecycle. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to achieve shared goals.
• Product Execution: Define the product execution framework in collaboration with our product analytics group. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product execution efforts.

• A track record in developing, implementing, and optimizing product delivery processes, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Can demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Analytical skills with data mindset to assess and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
