Global ITO & Cyber Security Senior Manager

1. the purpose of the position or why this job exists within the department or organization

Lead the IT infrastructure, user support & Cyber Security organization around the sites.

2. the 6-8 key duties or accountabilities of the position:

Responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology operations (ITO) and Cyber Security needs, which includes managing and implementing emerging technology to support the organization’s goals. Directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT infrastructure and tools in support of business operations to improve service quality, cost effectiveness, and business growth

Oversee development, implementation, and enforcing security policies to protect company’s critical data

Oversee Cyber Incident Response and Management, Compliance and Auditing, Risk Management

Training and Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of the infrastructure and its configuration. Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to educate users on how to protect company’s data and information.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed to support project objectives. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation and functionality of existing information systems by performing regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and troubleshooting.

User Support: Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with information systems, including troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and offering guidance on system usage.

4. Knowledge, skills and experience – the minimum qualifications and experience required to perform the responsibilities of this position

Minimum qualification required:

Proven Experience in Global company

Proficiency in English with strong communication skills

Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, users, vendors

Hands on experience in Infrastructure & users support

Project management experience

Team management experience (~4-5 FTEs – employees and outsource vendors)

At least 5 years of experience in ITO

Office365

Cloud- Azure

Knowledge/experience required beyond minimum qualification:

Experience in Cyber security or CISO training

OS – MS

Virtualization - Vmware, Hyper-V

FW - SonicWALL

Anti-Virus & Email protection- Trend micro

Backup - Veeam / QNAP

Storage – IBM

Servers – Lenovo, Dell, IBM
