Yango Deli is seeking a dynamic and experienced demand and supply mangers in charge of Forecasting and Replenishment with a touch of project management. Our team is a key part of the Supply Chain team, specializing in operational planning and improving supply chain efficiency. Our mission is to ensure better availability of goods for users of our service and minimize losses for businesses.*

You will be responsible for:

Management of operational supply chain planning of Yango Deli Israel:

• Analyze forecasts and manage safety stocks, configure parameters to ensure optimal filling and write-offs

• Make decisions on adjusting orders based on established business conditions and KPIs

• Work with alerts on write-offs and out-of-stock items

• Plan preparation for holidays and other major events that affect demand and supply

• Cross-functional interactions with commerce and operations teams, calculation of optimal parameters for shipments from suppliers, launch of DCs, schedules and shipment quanta

• Forecasting the first orders for new dark stores, new suppliers and SCU

• Support for the launch of new dark stores

Writing technical specifications for product improvements and reporting

You will work closely with analysts and the product team to:

• Improve current reporting

• Optimize algorithms

• Develop new functions

You might be a fit if you:

• Worked in FMCG / Retail / E-com companies in the planning (forecasting), supply chain or analytics department

• Have an analytical mind, know how to quickly find the right solutions in changing conditions and with a lack of information, are stress-resistant, focused on results

• Proficient in Excel (advanced level) and other MS office

• Proficient in Hebrew

• Proficient in English at a sufficient level for written and oral communication with foreign colleagues and partners
