The Head of MarCom at the resource development department, will lead the organization's international donor audience relationships.
The position includes managing a team of content producers, building an annual communication plan and implementing new digital tools in the Institute's communication with the relevant donors audiences.
Requirements:
* Relevant bachelor's degree
* 7+ years of experience in donors communications
* Understanding the life cycle of the donor and the communication needed at each stage
* Excellent writing skills in English, and high interpersonal communication, including experience in writing various types of content (sales promotion and marketing, fundraising, journalism, etc.)
* Good Hebrew skills in speeking and writing
* Proven experience in leading fundraising campaigns in a variety of media channels
* Proven experience in using a variety of marketing strategies and platforms and extensive practical experience in content development for various digital media platforms
* Excellent human relations, ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with a variety of interfaces, in order to get the best results
* Creativity, mental flexibility and excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment, under a tight schedule
* High self-motivation with high personal standards in strategy, writing, editing and production
* Experience working with international partners - an advantage
* Managerial experience
