Assistant Financial Controller - Tel Aviv

A leading Real Estate Company specializes in initiation, planning,

development and construction of projects in all areas: residential, urban

renewal, commercial, offices and logistics.

Is seeking for a highly-skilled, Assistant Controller to join the Finance Team.

The priority is experience as an accountant/accountant assistant in public

companies or those with 3 years or more of experience in CPA offices in the

audit department who also handled public real estate companies.

Responsibilities

 Preparation of financial statements (on a quarterly and annual basis)

and Israeli tax reports

 Preparation of valuations (DCF, EBITDA multiple, OPM and ext.)

 Working closely with auditors and tax advisors, managing audits and

compliance

 Financial Analysis for the investment team

 Monitoring financials of portfolio companies and performance of

portfolio company valuations on a quarterly basis

 Oversee daily operations of financial activities and bookkeepers

 Compliance with local government reporting requirements

 Assistance with other financial reporting / requirements

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting

 Strong excel skills – required
