System Analyst - Property & Casualty Insurance

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and document end-to-end processes, functional specifications, screens, and databases.

- Collaborate directly with senior business clients to gather and refine requirements.

- Manage interfaces with parallel development teams and departments.

- Oversee development tasks from initiation to implementation with internal development teams and external vendors.

- Provide guidance and support to developers and testers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead project management efforts, including budget management, risk assessment, and steering committee presentations.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system analysis within the Property & Casualty insurance sector - **mandatory**.

- Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance field - **mandatory**.

- Familiarity with the "Tafnit" system by Comtec - **preferred**.

- Experience working with databases.

- Strong resilience and experience in conflict resolution with a proven ability to motivate and engage teams.

- Proactive, creative thinker with a strong sense of initiative.

- Team player who enjoys collaborative work.
