**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze and optimize processes within the DWH team.
- Create comprehensive business and technical specification documents for development teams.
- Work closely with business clients to understand their needs and drive project tasks.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI system analysis is a must.
- Strong knowledge of SQL is required.
- Experience in the insurance sector (specifically property insurance) is essential.
- Energetic, independent, and proactive with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
