Performance Marketing Specialist - Meta (Facebook, Instagram)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and optimization techniques. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through strategic campaigns on these platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR
• Conduct A/B testing to identify best practices and improve campaign effectiveness
• Create and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize and scale campaigns
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and trends
• Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform campaign adjustments and future strategies
• Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) advertising
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards
• Excellent understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for the jewelry and engagement ring industry and understanding of customer buying journey in luxury sectors
