Product Lead - Purchase Management Group

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Lead to join us! As Product Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our product strategy. You will be responsible for creating the product roadmap, Defining complex & innovative workflows, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to launch our products successfully. Your decisions will be guided by metrics, goals, and KPIs to ensure that our products cater to our customers' needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the purchase management workflows, processes and products.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall company strategy.
• Defining complex & innovative workflows in order to simplify & automate complex data recording processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer care and operations to bring products to market.
• Define and prioritize product requirements and features based on in-house operation teams analysis, business goals, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget, using Agile and Lean development methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders on product progress and initiatives.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS product, With at least 3 years of experience in a startup environment.
• 5+ years of experience As Product Team Manager/Director or equivalent.
• Strong motivation and proactive attitude, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects & people to excellence.
  
  

• Strong understanding of business principles and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to bring products to market, using Agile and Lean development methodologies.
