What This Job Involves

• Collaborate with the team to generate fresh and exciting content ideas.
• Supervise pre-production and post-production, guiding projects from scripting to publishing.
• Keep the team aligned with the project vision through clear communication and direction.
• Review and provide feedback on scripts to enhance storytelling.
• Work closely with editors, reviewing cuts and offering constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular meetings to keep everyone on track and motivated.
• Efficiently communicate with clients and subjects, ensuring their needs are met.
• Track and manage the production budget effectively.
• Negotiate with freelancers when needed to ensure high-quality production.
• Keep task lists and the content calendar updated to stay organized.
• Address any challenges that arise during pre and post-production.
• Post content on social media and actively engage with our audience.
  
  

• Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your creative skills and technical proficiency.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Passion for storytelling and creating content that resonates with a global audience.
