Software Architect - CTO - Founding Team

Conci.pro is a US based startup revolutionizing the local Home Services Industry. We’re seeking a skilled CTO to join our founding team and lead the creation of our core technology platform.

Role Overview:

As CTO, you’ll design and develop a system integrating ClickUp/GoHighLevel, Twilio, OpenAI, and speech technologies to automate the entire customer journey. You’ll lead the technical strategy and drive platform growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement the system.
• Integrate key technologies for communication management(inbound/outbound).
• Collaborate with the founding team to translate vision into reality.
• Build and lead an engineering team.
• Promote continuous innovation.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience in designing CRM systems.
• Expertise in AI, Generative AI, Speech and Voice technologies, and Multi-Agent systems.
• Strong expertise in API integrations, cloud platforms, and related technologies.
• Proven startup experience.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
