Job Overview:

The VP of HR provides strategic leadership for all HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values. This role focuses on culture development, talent management, legal compliance, and managing the HR budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and lead cultural transformation.
• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management to attract top talent.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive, inclusive work culture, handle employee issues, and enhance engagement.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
• Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with laws and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Budget Management: Develop, manage, and control the yearly HR budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Leadership Development: Lead and mentor the HR team, provide coaching to managers, and support employee growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior roles.
• Experience in global companies (preferably medical/healthcare).
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing HR budgets.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
