Prizma's Capital Markets team, located in Tel Aviv, offers the opportunity to gain wide-range skills in the structure and execution of large real estate transactions across many verticals and geographies. By joining a lean team of professionals, the Director of Capital Creation and Investor Relations will have the ability to make a pivotal impact by assisting in all aspects of the life cycle for real estate acquisitions by assisting in creating and overseeing relationships with the Company's LPs.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated, experienced and dynamic individual to join our team and drive our capital-raising efforts. You will play a role in securing investment capital from institutional quality investors, family offices as well as working with existing partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to build relationships with institutional-level investors.
• Prepare compelling investment presentations, pitch decks and marketing materials to showcase our investment opportunities.
• Provide ongoing communication and support to existing LPs, addressing inquiries, providing updates on investment performance and fostering long-term relationships.
• Stay informed of market trends, investor preferences and regulatory changes to adjust fundraising strategies and tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital markets, or a related role, preferably within the real estate or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully raising capital from institutional quality investors and family offices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
