Job Description:                    

Groundwork BioAg, located in Mazor, Israel, is hiring a full-time IT Manager. This is a sole-function role that includes: 

- Handling hardware and software 

- Managing information systems 

- Maintaining the company’s websites 

- Providing daily technical support to end-users and management 

This is an interesting, creative, and dynamic work environment.

Requirements: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or a similar field – mandatory 

- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the industry – mandatory 

- Enforcing organizational work processes and information security protocols 

- Significant advantage: experience with ZOHO systems 

- Knowledge and experience in administering Active Directory and G Suite 

- Managing domains, website hosting, and supporting content managers 

- Maintaining e-commerce systems and payment platforms 

- Advantage: experience in sales processes, CRM, and ERP systems 

- Advantage: knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 

- Proven experience working with databases – mandatory 

- Fluent English (spoken, written, and comprehension) – mandatory 

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently 

- Willingness to work overtime when required
