We are seeking an experienced Vulnerability Research Team Leader to lead a high-impact team of offensive security experts dedicated to discovering and exploiting vulnerabilities in the most secured servers used by modern organizations. Your role is critical in driving the company’s offensive security initiatives, lead and oversee the research efforts. You’ll leverage cutting-edge techniques to stay ahead of emerging defensive technologies and shape the future of vulnerability research within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of elite vulnerability researchers, fostering an environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Set and execute strategic goals for the team, aligning with the broader offensive security objectives of the company.
- Ensure continuous development of team members’ skills through training, knowledge sharing, and hands-on project involvement.
- Direct the identification, analysis, and exploitation of zero-day vulnerabilities across various platforms, including software, hardware, IoT, and cloud environments.
- Oversee the development and refinement of sophisticated tools and techniques for vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development.
- Lead the creation of operational exploits in the company’s systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, GXPN) are highly desirable.
- At least 6 years of experience in offensive cybersecurity, with a focus on vulnerability research and exploit development.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, managing high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of discovering and exploiting zero-day vulnerabilities in real-world scenarios.
- Expertise in advanced WEB exploitation.
- Expertise in reverse engineering, binary analysis, and exploit development for various platforms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP and assembly, with a strong understanding of systems architecture.
- Deep knowledge of offensive security tools and frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically about offensive security challenges.
- Lead a cutting-edge offensive security team at the forefront of vulnerability research and exploitation.
