Information Technology Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing and developing the company's information systems across all branches and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish policies for information systems and develop procedures, including overseeing their implementation.
• Lead and manage the implementation of solutions and processes in the SAP system, focusing on improving and streamlining business processes within the organization.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of organizational systems and technological infrastructures.
• Identify and implement advanced technologies to enhance and support the organization's business processes.
• Oversee information security, risk management, and promote programs for the improvement and implementation of solutions.
• Develop work plans for improving and advancing systems in line with organizational needs.
• Plan and manage the IT budget, including monitoring and developing plans for cost efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualification in Information Systems Management – required.
• Minimum of two years of prior experience in a similar role within an organization – required.
• Experience in managing IT service and support as well as coordinating with external parties.
• Proven experience working with vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge and experience in managing an annual budget.
