Financial Controller

One of our clients - a B2B SAAS company (250~ employees) is looking to hire a Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

• Overall accountability on all accounting-related items of the department
• Ownership of the monthly closing process and preparation of the consolidated financial statements, revenues, and relevant working papers
• Ownership of subsidiaries' annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements globally
• Work with the Company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other matters.
• Manage subsidiaries ongoing compliance and tax
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Lead efficiency and automation of financial processes and systems
• Support global expansion and implement procedures following company standards
• Proactively interact with internal business units and lead cross-company initiatives
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• CPA with prior experience in one of the big 4 accounting firms, high-tech industry - Must
• Out of office experience- experience working for a global SaaS company
• Hands-on accounting experience, including US GAAP knowledge ASC 606
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experienced with Priority ERP software- big advantage
• Experience working with Salesforce- big advantage
• Experience working with NetSuite systems- big advantage
