Job Description

As a Product Manager, you will support the development and implementation of the overall product strategy and detailed technical product roadmap for our AI-based enterprise software products. You will be part of a global Product Management team and report to the Director of Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire technical product lifecycle, from translating the product roadmap into technical requirements to delivering to customers.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define a clear product strategy within the relevant market or geography.
• Identify needs, create detailed roadmaps, and develop initial design concepts.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement the roadmap, ensuring specifications, quality, and timelines are met.
• Prioritize business needs and convert them into functional and technical product requirements.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and defect reports to identify gaps and opportunities for the product roadmap.
• Oversee product documentation, training, and demonstrations.
• Assist customer success and delivery teams in resolving issues quickly and performing root cause analysis.
• Ensure support and compliance with product certifications.
  
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS based / web-based products with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in working in Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated innovation skills and experience in developing products using Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Proven abilities in analytical thinking, leadership, problem-solving and project management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the capacity to think broadly while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English
