VP Engineering / R&D

We are looking for a VP of Engineering / R&D for one of our rapidly growing SaaS startups.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage engineering teams (currently ~40 people).
• Oversee the product development lifecycle and maintenance.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and other functional leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Drive all engineering performance and work closely with the executive team.
• Ensure team quality, delivery timelines, and forecasting.
• Foster professional and personal growth within the engineering teams.
• Solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a VP R&D or Senior Engineering Director in a growing startup with multiple teams.
• Extensive experience in managing complex infrastructures and large-scale environments.
• Experience in dynamic startups.
• Proven track record in developing multi-component SaaS B2B systems utilizing public cloud services.
• Experience implementing and tracking development methodologies using modern tools.
• Stack: NodeJS, React, AWS
