A leading online media company, with a diverse portfolio of multilanguage global publisher and affiliate sites in the finance sector, is looking for a dynamic and experienced SEO Team Lead to join the team and help to continue to grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase domain authority across the sites.
• Lead and manage a team of SEO professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective SEO content strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO developments and industry trends, proactively sharing insights and recommendations.
• Utilize SEO analysis tools, including Google Search Console and GA4, to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Champion the use of data and trends to shape the SEO narrative and communication efforts.
• Conduct hands-on SEO work to ensure optimal search performance and address any issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong background in developing and leading successful SEO strategies.
• At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas: online publishing, gaming, affiliate marketing, or finance
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team of SEO professionals.
• Experience in leading a team of at least 5 people
• SEO experience in the global market
• Expertise in educating team members on SEO tactics and strategies.
• Proficiency in using SEO analysis tools such as Google Search Console and GA4.
• Strong technical SEO skills combined with content marketing experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
