Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate with 5+ years of experience as a Paid Acquisition/PPC Manager or 1+ years of experience as a PPC Team Leader, with strong knowledge of Web & Mobile tools and excellent Excel and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support the media buying team
• Build and manage PPC campaigns across DSPs, Social, Search, and Native channels
• Identify new channels to add to the company's portfolio
• Take full ownership of campaign conversion and performance, maximizing the acquisition team’s ROI
• Optimize campaigns to meet CPA/CPC and additional goals

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing significant budgets on DSPs, Social, Search, and Native channels
• 1+ years of experience leading a team
• Exceptional analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset, highly proficient in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Creative thinker with problem-solving skills
• Enthusiastic about PPC, eager to learn and experiment with new tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics – a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong relationship-building, project management, and cross-functional team leadership skills
