Reports To: VP Product

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure milestones are met

- Manage and consolidate data across multiple teams and departments

- Perform data analysis using Excel and provide actionable insights to support project decisions

- Prepare reports and dashboards for the VP Product and other stakeholders

- Support cross-functional teams in streamlining processes and optimizing workflows

- Collaborate closely with the product, R&D, and operations teams to ensure project alignment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering

- 2-4 years of experience in a leading consulting firm

- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with project management tools – an advantage

- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset
