Description:

• Assisting the development team, Code Review, Architecture
• Promoting technological solutions and upgrades
• Personal and professional responsibility for team members – mentoring, guidance, feedback, professional support, and decision-making
• Writing technical specifications based on business requirements
• Working with interfaces – business users, project managers, development teams
• Managing work plans
• Business understanding of the company’s products

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in a team lead/technical lead role
• At least 3 years of development experience
• Experience with full stack Java + Spring and Spring Boot
• Experience with REACT
• Knowledge/experience with advanced development technologies (microservices, containers, etc.) – an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile methodology – an advantage
• Understanding and experience with DevOps – an advantage
• Ability to motivate employees, lead and drive interfaces, high service orientation
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
