Customer Support Representative

A global company in the beauty industry, is looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing helpful information, addressing inquiries, and responding promptly to client concerns. As the primary point of contact, this role plays a key part in ensuring that customers are happy with both products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences to e-commerce clients across Europe and Israel.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Assist customers via email, phone, chat, and social media.

- Recommend appropriate products and services to customers.

- Effectively resolve issues and ensure timely problem-solving.

- Meet productivity targets.

- Proactively communicate with customers, handle complaints, and follow up as needed.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in customer support (required).

- Fluency in Hebrew and English (required).

- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

- Enjoys engaging with customers through multiple communication channels.

- Passion for providing excellent service and building connections with people.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate as a team player.

- High level of professionalism.

- Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
