Product Manager

Our client, a leading fintech company, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join their innovative product management team. The company offers advanced technological solutions to fintech companies, banks, and regulatory bodies worldwide, with the goal of enhancing trust in financial transactions. The company has 220 employees and paying customers. It has raised approximately $100 million in funding.

Responsibilities:

• Translate product strategy, internal knowledge, and customer feedback into detailed technical requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and development teams.
• Gain a deep understanding of the technical platform capabilities and workflows.
• Manage the backlog, scope, and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate with development teams, QA, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the product aligns with market needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other Product Managers within the team.
• Master and apply Agile development processes.

Position Requirements:

• 6+ years of product management experience with AI-based and/or data products.
• Proven experience in all stages of the product life cycle, from discovery to delivery.
• Strong technical background, with an understanding or hands-on experience in software development.
• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of data platforms and data streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in financial-related products is a significant advantage.
• A technologically oriented degree is required.
