Quality and Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a quality and reliability engineer to join our Quality & Reliability team.

PDC quality assurance team responsible for turning our products quality into a competitive advantage.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead proactive data analyses, identifying repetitive failures at PDC manufacturing and field.
• Repetitive failures rout cause analysis failure analysis
• Promote design and supply chain improvements.
• PDC Focal for customer quality related escalations.
• Effectively Collaborate with multiple PDC teams achieving the above
• Travel ~20%
  
  

What should you have?

• Technical education – B.Sc.in mechanics or electronics – Must
• Proven technical skills and at least 3-4 years experience in multi-disciplinary industry - Must
• Assertive / highly motivated / self-driven person
• Ability and experience in matrix organization - “Influence without authority”
• Data analysis skills, with attention to details
• Ability to conclude and define improvement recommendations.
• Quality standards and methodology basics
• Good level of English (verbal, write & read)
