Antenna Engineer

We are looking for a talented Antenna Engineer to join RF Group within the Hardware Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop cutting-edge antenna technologies from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of internal antennas, taking them from initial concept through to mass production.
• Conduct electromagnetic simulations using CST to optimize antenna performance.
• Build antenna prototypes and test them in the lab.
• Perform comprehensive measurements in the RF lab, from individual components to fully integrated products.
• Utilize advanced spherical anechoic chambers for precise antenna testing and analysis.
• Analyze test results, draw conclusions, and compile detailed technical reports in English.
• Continuously seek to improve development processes and implement new technologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in RF, microwaves, or electromagnetics (recent graduates with relevant coursework are encouraged to apply).

Experience in antenna development—from design to testing.

Hands-on knowledge of electronic test equipment such as signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers is a strong advantage.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with simulation tools like CST or HFSS is preferred.

A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to perform outdoor field tests as required.

Proficiency in writing detailed technical reports in English.
