We are looking for a B2B Content & Brand Manager!
BUYME for Business is a brand that helps companies and business owners enhance organizational happiness through a SaaS system designed to optimize employee compensation processes, including welfare and employee recognition. Additionally, BUYME is one of Israel’s leading e-commerce giants, allowing people to make their loved ones happy with digital gift cards.
As we grow, we’re expanding our solutions and products to empower managers and improve happiness in organizations. The B2B sales department is responsible for broadening BUYME's portfolio of business customers, implementing solutions, and maximizing success for our clients.
We are looking for an experienced and creative content and brand manager to join BUYME's B2B marketing team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop a vision and bring it to life. This position requires leadership in creative initiatives, developing and implementing actions that shape brand perception, and managing the creation of diverse, innovative, and inspiring content. If you have a passion for brand management through content of any kind and understand the power of words, media, and their intersections to create brand experiences, we want to get to know you.
What you will do:
- Brand Management: Build and manage the process of implementing a content strategy that fosters a strong and professional brand perception among our target audience. Define and manage the brand's TOV across all communication channels, creating innovative and lasting brand experiences.
- Creative: Lead creative campaigns from ideation to execution, working on innovative branding ideas.
- Community Management: Lead our exclusive customer community, oversee content, produce and manage events, manage the community loyalty and benefits program, and above all, bring our most valued customers together around inspiring content and professional experiences.
- Content Creation: Manage the creation of all content; written, visual, and video content (it includes overseeing freelancers but also hands-on work) in various fields: writing, editing, photography, production, copywriting, graphics, etc.
- Manage the Organizational Happiness Blog: Manage the creation of professional content for the BUYME for Business blog on topics such as employee welfare, corporate culture, and employee management.
- Podcast Production: Manage and produce our podcast ״Anashim”, including content planning, production, and promotion.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage original content for BUYME for Business’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Event Marketing: Plan and produce online and in-person events for our users, including participation in professional conferences.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses—ensuring we meet customer and market needs while staying ahead of the competition.

Requirements:
You have:
- 5+ years in a similar role in brand, content, or social (B2B preferred).
- Proven experience in building and implementing marketing strategies.
- Experience in creating diverse content (written, visual, video, etc.) that drives engagement.
- Excellent writing skills for compelling content creation.
- A deep understanding of social media and how users interact with content online.
- Experience producing podcasts, meet-ups, and webinars is a plus.
