The Operations Project Manager will be responsible to lead and facilitate cross company and cross operations projects. This role requires strategic oversight, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to drive execution on key initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely to the COO, ensuring smooth operations, effective prioritization, and efficient collaboration across teams.

Projects such as re-defining core business processes, Building new product offering, Launching new system, defining new measurement methodology, infrastructure rediesgn and others.

This position will report to the COO and will work closely with the executive team operations leadership and other key leaders across the company.

As a Senior operations Project Manager you will be responsible for the followings:

• Lead and coordinate cross company initiatives and projects driving flawless execution of projects, track progress on key initiatives, manage action items, and ensure successful follow-through on critical tasks.
• Coordinate between multiple projects and ensure stakeholders’ capacity and alignment, identify risks and prepare mitigations plans.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with all stakeholders and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and collaborate with them for seamless execution.
• Implement project management best practices and lead initiatives to scale project management across the organization
• Manage the relationships with stakeholders across the company in all levels and make sure there are clear cadence and efficient processes across teams, be easy to wok with and know how to work with everyone
• Own and drive projects to their completion, provide solutions independently and have a “can do” attitude.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting including risk management to minimize project risks
• Facilitate weekly project meetings, daily standups and recurring executing reporting
• Track and report post-launch project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Own cross operations project management and work to connect all teams in operations Organization.
  
  

• B.A./M.A or MBA (leading MBA programs globally- strongly preferred) with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strategic thinking capability balanced with tactical and implementation/ execution skills. Ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Excellent analytical skills and a logical thought process.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven working experience in Senior project management position
• Excellent client-facing, presentation and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and best practices
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experience in cross company projects involving Marketing, R&D Product, HR, GTM and a strong business acumen, preferably from a SaaS company
• Strong working knowledge of Project Management tools
