What will you do in SuperPlay?:

We’re seeking an organized, highly motivated, and dedicated bookkeeper to join our growing finance team at SuperPlay.

• Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoice
• Conduct reconciliation of the company's bank accounts and credit card activities
• Oversee AR, including invoice issuance and reconciliations
• Responsible for travel & employee reimbursements
• Support the monthly payments process and maintain the approval flow
• Support month, quarter, and year closing procedures
• Monthly and yearly submissions to the tax authorities
  
  

• Certified bookkeeper type 2/3
• Strong office skills especially Excel skills
• Experience with NetSuite
• At least 5 years of experience in Hi-Tech companies
• High-level English
• Detailed-oriented, highly organized and structured
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
