Office Manager

We are seeking an exceptional office manager to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate will combine a service-oriented mentality, strong sense of responsibility and ownership, excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, and a proven track record of getting stuff done. We value people first and love working together.

In this position you will:

• Manage administration and operations of our (beautiful) Tel-Aviv office
• Own all purchasing, stocking, improvements, and repairs
• Manage interactions with external vendors and suppliers
• Collaborate on welfare, including onboarding, planning company events and parties, etc.
• Greet and host guests to our office
• Schedule business meetings and coordinate international travel
• Provide executive assistance to leadership
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment

• Proven track record in a service-oriented role
• Love helping and supporting other team members’ needs
• Ability to execute operational tasks to completion, independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
• High attention to detail and a flare of style
• Presentable and great host to important guests (investors, board members, customers, etc.)
• Soul team member that is extremely trustworthy
• Tech literate and savvy in using software, spreadsheets, etc.
• Proven record of getting stuff done
