Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager at Galia Lahav in Tel Aviv District, Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized consultations to brides, understanding their vision and preferences.
• customize and alter garments as needed.
• Maintain a well-organized workspace and manage inventory effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet monthly targets.
• Stay updated on bridal fashion trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with brides in a fashion or retail setting.
• Strong technical skills in sewing and pattern making.
• Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
• A genuine love for fashion and bridal aesthetics.
