Responsibilities:

Leading a scrum team comprised of engineers: backend, frontend, manual and Automated QA
Be a major contributor to our architecture, design, implementation and maintenance
Work closely with the Algorithms, Data and Support teams
Constantly maintain and strive to raise own/subordinates' coding skills to allow
Constantly explore and dive into new technologies

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
6+ years of proven hands-on experience in OOP/OOD (at least 3 years in Python and\or Java)
3+ years in team leading positions
Outstanding software engineering skills with passion for fast development of high-quality software
Excellent people skills and a great team-player
Proven mentoring skills
Proficiency in git-scm (Source Control Management) - must
Hands on experience with modern C++ (11 or later) - huge advantage
Working knowledge with Networking, Linux, Relational/Non-Relational Databases - huge
