Litigation Counsel

Papaya is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of users across multiple apps.

We seek a talented and experienced Litigation Counsel to join our AMAZING legal team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a wide range of legal matters, including complex international litigation, while working closely with the General Counsel, and managing external legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing high-level strategic litigation, including engagements with regulatory authorities
• Collaborating with multiple organizational functions to support litigation matters
• Representing the company in complex disputes, including arbitration and mediation proceedings
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel
• Anticipating potential legal risks and proactively preparing for legal challenges
• Drafting relevant legal reports and documents

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree and a valid attorney license
• At least 5 years of experience in litigation, with an emphasis on international experience
• Experience working with high-tech companies - Must
• Gaming industry experience is an advantage
• Project planning capabilities - Must
• Proven ability to independently manage complex litigation cases
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company's best interests
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
• High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
