Product Manager

A startup company in the OTT (Over-The-Top) field that developed a cloud-based product enabling users to connect to streaming services and provide a personalized viewing experience.

Located in the Sharon area near a train station, the company operates a hybrid model with two remote workdays per week and has around 2,500 global employees, with 50 employees in Israel.

The company is in significant growth and is highly technological. It was acquired by a large international corporation.

Role Overview-

• Reporting to the SVP of Product.
• Join a team of 3 Product Managers, 4 Designers, and an Analyst.
• Work on a product that reaches 20 million users.
• Responsible for creating next-generation product experiences for sports viewing, social, and interactive experiences (similar to YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch).
• Lead the product end-to-end, from concept to production and delivery.
• Handle both Inbound and Outbound responsibilities, including communication with stakeholders and transferring requirements to development teams.

Requirements-

• 5 years' experience with inbound and outbound product management
• Strong B2C experience, ideally in the media and entertainment domains and related technologies
• Proven experience in operating as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
• Solid technical understanding with a strong user experience orientation across mobile and desktop client devices, feature adoption, and user analytics concepts
• An innovative and open-minded personality that loves to improve and learn new things, combined with a team player being able to efficiently work in a very dynamic, cross-functional environment
• Analytical mindset, business, and data-driven, as well as a structured and organized working manner
• Excellent English
