Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect (AWS) to join our team and help design and implement cutting-edge cloud-based solutions, on this full-time hybrid position at our customer's office in Ramat Gan. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud architecture, with a strong focus on AWS, and experience in migrating on-premise systems to the cloud. You will play a key role in building secure, scalable, and highly available systems, working closely with various teams to provide technical expertise and ensure the success of cloud projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect cloud-based systems, focusing on AWS infrastructure.
• Lead migrations of on-premise systems to the cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build hybrid architectures and ensure secure, high-availability solutions.
• Leverage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and ECS.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices in IT infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Contribute to the development of automation tools and workflows using CI/CD methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in cloud architecture and design, with a strong emphasis on AWS.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS).
• Hands-on experience with migrating systems from on-premise environments to the cloud.
• Strong understanding of hybrid architectures and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

Additional technical skills

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and information security.
• Strong experience with Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies.
