Software Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Development Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for a highly skilled individual with hands-on experience and a passion for leading technical teams, driving projects, and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for the technical leadership of a development team, including architecture design, code reviews, and mentoring team members.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, feedback, and technical support.
• Oversee the development of key digital projects and ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, project managers, and other development teams.
• Take ownership of technical designs, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Participate in hands-on coding and architecture design (50% hands-on development).
• Manage work plans and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of systems in production, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Drive the implementation of modern technologies and tools to optimize development processes.
• Work within Agile methodologies and lead technical tasks in alignment with project timelines.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment, ensuring team members are supported in their professional growth.
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Development Team Lead or similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in full-stack Java development (Java, Spring, Spring Boot) or .NET/.NET Core for digital systems.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Familiarity with advanced development technologies such as microservices, containers, and DevOps tools.
• Experience with database systems such as ORACLE/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or TFS.
• Understanding of web and mobile security best practices.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and systems simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  

• Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco) is a plus.
• Prior experience in financial institutions (banks, insurance companies, credit card companies) is an advantage.
