H&S engineer needed for a leading energy company in north Israel
Job Description:
Performing an internal audit and adjusting the corrective action plan
Leading improvement processes following management and company policy
Fault investigation and analysis of causes, analysis and risk assessment
Maintaining a sustainable work environment
Training managers in HSE standards and work standards
KPI reporting, trends, and event analysis
Monitoring HSE data and reports and providing feedback
Help in planning and carrying out emergency drills
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in chemical/process/similar engineering
A master's degree in engineering-an advantage
At least 3 years in a similar role
Lead auditor for ISO 45001+ISO 14001
Training for investigating accidents and malfunctions
Fluent Hebrew and English - mandatory, another language - an advantage
Job-specific skills:
Knowledge of HSE regulations in Israel and Europe
Previous experience with HSE MS and MS Environmental
Willingness to travel and fly when necessary
