Role Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our product vision and strategy, driving the development of features and solutions that align with our business pillars: Upstream (vendor conversion and monetization), Trust Exchange (enterprise vertical-specific marketplaces), and additional Use Cases (ESG, supply chain resilience). You will work cross-functionally to manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, and ensure we are building solutions that resonate with our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

🎯 Own the product lifecycle from ideation, prioritization, and roadmap planning to delivery and iteration.

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success) to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

🌟Define product strategy in alignment with company goals and the needs of our customers.

📊 Analyze customer feedback and data to drive decision-making and product prioritization.

📜 Develop detailed product requirements, use cases, and user stories to communicate with engineering and design teams.

🚀 Build business cases for new features, focusing on their impact on customer conversion and monetization.

🔍 Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain the product’s edge in the market.

Requirements:

🗣️ Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

💼 Experience in product management at 2+ companies

📈 Proven ability to deliver features in a fast-paced environment, driving execution and results through cross-functional teams.

📊 Experience with data-driven decision-making, including analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and usage metrics.

🖥️Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams in sprints.

✨ Bonus points if you have experience in PLG or B2C products and a passion for cybersecurity or ESG!(and love of pizza)
