We are an innovative online payment technology company, seeking a Full-time skilled Risk Analyst to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, start-up environment, where you will contribute to our risk management strategies and processes.

Position Summary

The Risk Analyst will be responsible for managing online projects, analyzing data from various systems, managing and controlling warning systems, and preparing detailed Excel reports. You will collaborate with technical, financial, and client management teams, both domestically and internationally, to support business decision-making and manage financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor e-commerce activity and transactions - day to day relationship with our partners & clients
• Email communication at a high level
• Analyze data from multiple systems and generate comprehensive risk reports.
• Oversee and control warning systems to mitigate risk.
• Prepare and present high-quality Excel reports with complex data analysis on a daily basis.
• Report findings to management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new processes and procedures in the field.
• Understand and address business needs by producing actionable, data-driven insights.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external entities in both English and Hebrew.
• Manage and coordinate with a variety of teams, including technical, financial, compliance and account managers.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and make informed decisions on financial matters.

Qualifications

• Experience: proven experience in the online e-commerce industry 
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an analyst in a fintech or B2B company.
• Proven experience project manager level with day to day communication with international clients/partners. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics.
• Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency required, including experience with PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, and IF formulas.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present business-level insights professionally.
• Language Skills: Exceptional proficiency in English (both written and spoken); fluency in Hebrew is a plus.
• Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, independence, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stressful situations effectively.

Understanding Business needs

• Experience working in a payments company or the online sector.
• Experience with international clients.
• Familiarity with the MONDAY system.
