Information Technology Operations Lead

Position Overview:

Cellebrite is looking for an IT operation (ITO) lead and project manager, to lead and execute the IT operation annual plan and projects.

In this role you will be accountable for the successful delivery and implementation of ITO initiatives, manage ITO related projects aiming to launch new IT services, improve IT processes.

You will also be responsible for the ITIL processes implementation with a proactive and comprehensive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of ITO projects as will be defined in the annual plan and driven from improvement processes - Plan and facilitate all project related activities, resources, and deliverables.
• ITIL processes – design and implement ITIL processes based on the IT mgmt. guidelines and IT standards. You will also be responsible for the routines, documentations and workflows with regards, making sure and monitoring that actual processes are aligned with the procedures.
• KPIs – Define IT operations KPIs, monitor performances and report with a proper root cause analysis and an improvement plan.
• Routines - maintain the monitoring and the follow up routines and forums (as service and change management forums), raise any risk or flag that need management attention, make sure mitigation plan and fallback plans are in place.
• Collaboration and engagement - Responsible for working closely with IT professional teams and business stakeholders to ensure project gates, milestones achievements, project timelines.
• Matrix management of IT and business stakeholders project related resources
• Main Interfaces: Internal IT including interfaces with IT vendors and with IT business stakeholders and users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing projects according to project management methodologies.
• 2-3 years' experience in IT infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking, security, Cloud technologies and endpoints).
• Able to code a “light code” as SQL and Java scripts, HTML etc.
• Highly organized and process oriented.
• A team player that collaborates well with others.
• Ability to engage well with technical groups Key personnel and establish long-term trust relationship
• Ability to execute wide scale technical and complex projects.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple activities at the same time
• A strong “can do” approach with an ability to take a proactive and innovative approach in managing problems.
• Experienced in working in a global hi-tech company and within a global team
• Willing to travel 1-2 a year
