Import Export Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Operation of international shipments, under the import-export team
• Handling all types of shipments: air, sea, etc.
• Working with shipping companies, customs brokers
• Coordinating and tracking shipments, quotes, and solving problems in real-time

Qualifications

• Certification in the field of logistics/import-export
• Over two years of experience in an import-export position from a shipping company or an import-export department in an industrial company
• Experience and knowledge in air/sea import-export processes
• English - fluent writing and speaking
• Familiarity with the "World Gate" system is an advantage
• Reliability and personal responsibility
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to provide problem-solving
• Good human relations, teamwork
• Willingness to work overtime
