As a Network Engineer at Bold, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and advancing our network infrastructure. You’ll ensure the smooth operation, security, and scalability of our network systems, supporting both cloud and on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and providing detailed root cause analysis.
• Deploy Next-Generation Solutions: Design and implement advanced network solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
• Network Management: Configure and manage firewalls, IPSec site-to-site VPNs, switches, and routers, ensuring a secure and reliable network.
• Security-First Mindset: Implement secure network solutions, prioritizing protection in every design and deployment.
• Team Collaboration & Learning: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, including firewall management, and switch configurations.
• Expertise in managing and configuring IPSec site-to-site VPNs.
• Strong experience with on-premise deployments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and analysis tools such as Wireshark.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills within network infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new networking technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Advantage: Experience working with Linux servers and understanding of basic server configurations.
