Role Description:

Position in the company's R&D team, promoting technological innovation and development of new products, innovations, and creativity. Improvements of existing products and development of new products from the concept stage to the final product.

Research position will include planning, performance and analysis of research experiments to promote new and improve existing products.  Conducting literature and IP reviews, search for new raw materials and reagents. Development of new qualification methods, definition of quality and process specifications for new products.

VP Innovation & Research

Qualifications:

-       Master in Chemistry/Materials/Chemical Engineering – a must

-       Ph.D. in Chemistry/Materials/Chemical Engineering – an advantage

-       Minimum 3 years in R&D experience

-       Experience in plastic/paper/rubber development

-       Experience in operation of laboratory equipment and results analysis

Skills:

-       Hands on approach

-       Ability to collaborate with the laboratory team and technologists

-       Creativity, critical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems

-       Knowledge of patent writing – an advantage

-       High motivation

-       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-       English – fluent, including professional reading/writing
